I am a Licensed Social Worker offering Telehealth-only therapy across Illinois, with a focus on providing compassionate, culturally responsive care to children, teens, adults, couples, and families.
My practice is rooted in trauma-informed approaches and guided by empathy, respect, and a deep commitment to honoring each client’s lived experience.
I’m trained in Brainspotting (Phase 1) and utilize a range of evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing. I support clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma (including childhood and relationship trauma), attachment wounds, parenting stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.
I also work with substance use, co-occurring disorders, and offer exposure-based therapy for OCD-related symptoms.
My clinical experience includes supporting individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness.
I understand the nuanced impact of faith, culture, and identity on mental health. Whether you’re navigating intergenerational trauma, family dynamics, faith-based identity concerns, or societal stressors, I strive to create a safe non judgmental space where you feel fully affirmed, supported, and validated.
Every treatment plan is personalized to reflect your values, goals, and cultural context.
I believe that healing is possible when we are seen and supported as our full, authentic selves.
